Support Worker

We are looking for a Support worker to join our Service in Londonderry

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting Adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and age-related mobility needs,
  • you will support the residents with all aspects of daily living, personal care and community participation.
  • Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
  • Shifts are variable over a 4-week rolling rota, Monday-Sunday inclusive of sleep-in duties.
  • participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
  • Maintain and develop their community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
