Waking Night Support Worker

We are looking for a Waking night Support worker to join our Service in Wallasey

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting adults with learning disabilities, Autism, and challenging behaviours on a 1-1 basis.
• Encouraging the People We Support to take part in activities or hobbies they enjoy.
• Ensuring they maintain and develop their community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
• Promote positive health and well-being of the people that you support, enabling them to have a meaningful life.
• Promote our value of “do with” and not “do for”.
• Completion of nightly tasks such as household duties, checking the PWS during the night
• Support the service with the completion of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual quality audits.
• Complete mandatory eLearning training and attend face to face training.

Who you are:

• We want individuals with a passion to support others and make a difference in their everyday lives.
• Can you work independently, multitask, organise?
• Have a positive attitude under pressure?
• Quick learner, hands-on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities?
• Shifts will be x 3 10 hours per week between 10pm – 8am and will be on a rolling rota
• Must be a driver due to service requirements
