Support Worker

We are looking for Support worker to join our Service in Llandudno.

What you’ll be doing:

• The people we support have learning disabilities. - its challenging but extremely rewarding for those looking to make a real difference. This isn’t just any role, this is a role greatly impacting the lives of the people we support, can you commit?
• Must be flexible as shifts can contain Waking nights and weekends where necessary.
• You'll support on a 1-1 basis promoting independence and encouraging the people we support to access the community.
• Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
• participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
• This is within a busy vibrant residential service.

Who you are:

• Able to work independently, multitask, organise and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
• Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
• Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure
• Quick learner, hands on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
• Flexible as shifts will cover alternative weekend and sleeps
