Female Support Worker
We are looking for Female Support workers to join our service in Blackburn.

What you’ll be doing:
- The people we support have various disabilities such as learning disabilities, mental health needs or complex needs with some behaviours perceived to be challenging.
- This isn’t just any role; it greatly impacts the lives of the people we support.
- You'll support on a 1-1, 2-1 or shared basis, promoting independence and to gain confidence within the community and in their own home.
- Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
- Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
- Driving is preferred but not essential.
- This role is within a domiciliary service, based within the home and community.
