Support Worker

Newbold Road is a large spacious house, which is comprised of one flat and eight en-suite bedrooms in the heart of Chesterfield.

You will be working to support adults with a range of needs including learning disabilities, non-verbal communication, challenging behaviours and or autistic spectrum disorders.

What you’ll be doing:

• Your role will be to help each person achieve their full potential through supporting them with their daily activities.
• Providing personal care and emotional support.
• You will be supporting within the service and with accessing the community and will also be taking part in the chosen activities of the people that live with us.
• You will be supporting and promoting independence to suit each person’s individual needs.
• Shifts are 7am-2pm, 10:30am-5:30pm, 2pm–9pm & 9pm–7am. Applicants must be available for all shifts.
• Weekend working required.
