Support Worker

We are looking for Support workers to join our Service in Birkenhead.

What you’ll be doing:

  • The people we support have learning disabilities, mental health needs and have different levels of independence - its challenging but extremely rewarding for those looking to make a real difference.
  • This isn’t just any role, this is a role greatly impacting the lives of the people we support, can you commit?
  • Working within a team with the occasional lone working to promote independence and encouraging the people we support to access the community.
  • Personal care required.
  • Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
  • participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
  • This is within an adult residential service.
  • Flexible as shifts will contain days nights evenings weekends
