Our residential service is set in a beautiful period house on the edge of the Clifton Downs, Bristol. Here we support 8 younger, active adults with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum disorders.

Who you are:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Deputy Manager, or at least 1 year of experience as a Registered Manager.
  • Have an NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Health & Social Care, or willingness/ability to work towards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to listen attentively to others.
  • Experience in supervising and supporting staff and deploying staff resources efficiently to meet the needs of a service.
  • Ability to conduct risk assessments with the people we support and devise support and risk management plans.
  • You will embrace continuous improvement, sharing best practices with an open mind to learning.
