What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting individuals with day-to-day tasks such as shopping, cooking, and household activities
- Driving and accompanying individuals to appointments, community activities, or social events
- Planning and engaging in meaningful activities that promote well-being and social connection
- Encouraging and promoting independence and self-confidence in daily living
- Maintaining clear records and working as part of a supportive team
Who you are:
- A full, clean UK driving licence
- A caring and person-centred approach to support
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in mental health support is desirable but not essential – we value the right attitude and a willingness to learn
- Must be comfortable working in an all-female service
