Support Worker

Moor Court Care Home in Bodenham, is a residential service where we support up to 14 adults with varied needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that can challenge.

What you’ll be doing:

  • The role requires you to support our residents with every aspect of their daily life within the service and also out in the community.
  • Promoting independence and taking part in the chosen activities of the people we support.
  • Personal care.

Who you are:

  • The successful candidate will have the aptitude, desire, and commitment to work in social care with adults with a variety of needs.
  • Flexible, motivated and a team player.
  • Experience working in a social care setting supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that can challenge is preferred but not essential.
  • Drivers preferred but not essential - all applicants must be able to travel to Bodenham.
