We are pleased to announce we have an exciting opportunity here at Potens for an Administrator to cover maternity leave for 6 months at our residential service in Derrygonnelly.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing general administration assistance to the Registered Manager and operational team within the service.
  • Answering the telephone/door in a busy residential home
  • Daily cash handling.
  • Record-keeping, including uploading and maintaining information within our systems.

Who you are:

  • Previous experience in an administrator role is essential.
  • Knowledge and experience within a social care setting would be preferred but not essential.
  • You will have excellent IT skills and be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • You will be extremely organised and can manage your time effectively.
  • You will have excellent communication and engagement skills.
