We are actively recruiting for a Planning Analyst, to join the Portfolio Management Team. As our Planning Analyst you will be responsible for the tools, processes and data analysis to enable the delivery of end-to-end performance.  You will be a subject matter expert of the Portfolio Management tool Aha, demonstrating technical knowledge of Azure DevOps and providing support to other areas on Change tooling and reporting.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the development, design and implementation of the Change reporting tools through management of data and insight reporting
  • Providing performance measurement and analysis reporting of the E2E Change System
  • Supporting operational planning for change, including operational risks and controls, budget, resource capacity and regulatory compliance

What we need:

  • Proficient in the use of Change reporting / visualisation tools – Azure DevOps, Aha & Miro
  • The ability to create Dashboards e.g. PowerBI
  • Experience of PMO / Change management
  • A clear background in design, developing and maintaining end to end performance tracking and analysis tools and processes
  • Expert Analytical skills
  • Previous experience working in the Change / PMO related areas – Kanban & Change Management
  • Strong Analytical approach methods

The purpose of the Portfolio Management Team is to provide visibility and insight of Change across Principality, to enable safe delivery of our strategic ambitions. The Planning Analyst plays a vital role in the success of this.
