As a senior customer consultant, you will support our customers to find the right financial solutions in a welcomed and supported environment. We are committed to developing your skills and knowledge to enable you to provide a standout customer experience.

You will work alongside your branch team to build effective working relationships, coach, develop and motivate the branch team to ensure they receive the learning and development they need to deliver a performance in line with our strategic objectives and regulatory standards.
