We’re looking for a Senior Portfolio & Pricing Analyst to join our Planning & Performance team within Finance.

This is a key role with significant ownership of customer behaviour and pricing analytics where you’ll directly influence how we price our products and manage portfolio performance.

You’ll use advanced analysis of customer behaviour and product performance to help shape pricing strategies and commercial decisions that balance customer value, market competitiveness, and profitability.

Working closely with Product, Finance and Data teams, you’ll turn complex data into actionable insight that drives pricing decisions, trading activity and long-term strategy.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead predictive analysis of customer behaviour (e.g. redemption, retention and transfer activity) and portfolio dynamics to optimise pricing strategies and commercial performance.
  • Own customer and portfolio insights, delivering clear, commercially focused recommendations to senior stakeholders and committees, highlighting key trade-offs, opportunities and business impact.
  • Monitor and evaluate pricing performance, making data-driven recommendations in response to changing market conditions and customer behaviour.
  • Maintain and enhance pricing models, including margin analysis, vintage tracking and competitor benchmarking to support trading decisions, product launches and pricing strategies.
  • Manage and prepare high-quality datasets to support pricing analysis, forecasting and modelling across the team.
  • Collaborate across Product, Finance and Data to ensure pricing strategies are informed, robust and aligned to business objectives
  • Clearly document methodologies and approaches, supporting transparency and continuous improvement

What you’ll bring

  • Currently working in a Data Science, advanced analytics or related quantitative role, preferably within Financial Services.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python or similar analytical tools, with hands-on experience in predictive modelling such as logistic regression, clustering, elasticity modelling, decision trees and random forests, etc.
  • Strong analytical capability, with experience turning complex data and analysis into actionable insights that support commercial decision-making and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in pricing analytics, portfolio analytics, customer behaviour analysis or a related field, ideally with exposure to pricing strategy and optimisation.
  • Experience using data visualisation tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with GitHub, Confluence or similar collaboration and documentation tools would be advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail, combined with a structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions, building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering commercially impactful outcomes.

Ready to apply?

If you enjoy owning pricing decisions, influencing strategy, and using data to drive strong commercial outcomes, we’d love to hear from you—even if you don’t meet every requirement, as we know great candidates don’t always tick every box.
