Digital Learning Support Officer (6m FTC)

We’re excited to offer a fantastic internal opportunity to join the Learning & Performance Team on a 6-month fixed-term contract as a Digital Learning Support Officer.

This role will play a key part in the design, build, and successful rollout of our new Learning Management System – NOVA. You'll work closely with the project team to configure the system, set up structures and permissions, and ensure the platform is ready for launch. This is a hands-on, varied role offering a chance to get involved in everything from testing and user support to stakeholder engagement and communications.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the build and configuration of NOVA, including setting up users, roles, permissions, and learning pathways
  • Uploading, organising, and quality checking learning content within the LMS
  • Testing system functionality and coordinating with User Testers to log, track, and resolve issues
  • Developing and maintaining key project documentation such as configuration records and process guides
  • Preparing training materials, user guides, and internal communications
  • Acting as a point of contact for colleagues during system build, testing, and rollout
  • Supporting project planning and coordination to ensure smooth delivery

What we’re looking for:

Skilles & Experience:

  • Strong IT and digital skills, with confidence in learning and using new systems
  • Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft 365 applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive problem-solver with a willingness to get hands-on with technical tasks
  • Good stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
