We are looking for a dynamic Head of Product – Lending to join our leadership team. This is a strategic role where you will shape and deliver our product vision, drive innovation, and ensure our lending propositions remain customer-focused, competitive, and commercially successful.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Vision: Define, communicate, and deliver the product vision in line with enterprise and value stream objectives. Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to drive ongoing innovation.
• Strategy & Planning: Lead the development of the business plan and product strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy, operating models, and customer/broker propositions.
• Pricing: Design and deliver pricing strategies for both new business and retention, across all channels.
• Customer Centricity: Champion the voice of the customer by identifying target segment needs, gathering and analysing feedback, and embedding insights into product improvements.
• Prioritisation: Own product data flows end-to-end to optimise performance and deepen customer understanding.
• Consumer Duty: Ensure fair outcomes for customers, embedding Consumer Duty into processes, policies, and culture, while driving continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in senior product or proposition management within financial services
• A track record of delivering income targets and driving growth
• Ability to balance strategic vision with operational delivery
