As a member of the intermediary sales team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of service to our intermediary partners, to assist in driving high quality mortgage business, in line with defined intermediary strategy. To Identify opportunities for new business and to provide leads to support BDM’s and the National Account Manager 

 

What you will do: 

  • Answer inbound telephone and email enquiries, and return calls within defined SLA’s– to add value to communications with the society, and expedite case referrals where deemed appropriate 
  • Build excellent relationships with colleagues, departments and key stakeholders throughout the business 
  • Build and develop relationships with Intermediaries, to support the intermediary team in creating new mortgage business opportunities 
  • Provide lead generation for BDM’s and other business forums 
  • Develop calls to ensure new sales opportunities are identified and utilised 

 

What we are looking for: 

  • CeMap qualified (or prepared to work towards the qualification) 
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service  
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Society’s product offering  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Experience using customer databases/systems
