  • Coach leaders and teams to understand, apply, and embed OE tools into day-to-day ways of working.
  • Lead end-to-end OE wave delivery, ensuring timelines, stakeholder engagement, and outcomes are achieved.
  • Design and deliver engaging training and workshops for champions, teams, and OE coaches.
  • Facilitate improvement workshops, challenging existing ways of working and encouraging experimentation.
  • Track benefits and performance to ensure measurable and sustainable improvements.
  • Support and coach OE Coaches, contributing to the development of the Centre of Excellence.
  • Work closely with Change teams and senior leaders to deliver OE, culture change, and continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for:

  • Significant experience in various Operational Excellence deployments.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and facilitation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Confident presenter, able to engage large groups and senior stakeholders.
  • Proven experience delivering Operational Excellence or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and change delivery capability.
  • Experience identifying improvement opportunities, conducting root cause analysis, and prioritising solutions.
  • Background in operational management with a track record of delivering sustained change.
  • Passion for improving customer experience, efficiency, and effectiveness through people.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading change, developing others, and embedding Operational Excellence as a core business capability.
