Principality Building Society is currently recruiting for a Community of Practice Manager - (Integration) to lead a dynamic community of 15 MuleSoft engineers at the heart of our transformation. This is more than a people management role – it a leadership opportunity to shape how integration enables change across our organisation.

As part of our Change Function in a respected UK mutual financial services organisation, you’ll create a strong and supportive engineering culture, drive capability uplift and embed modern integration practices that help deliver customer-centric change at pace.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and drive the vision and strategy or your Community of Practice (CoP), embedding a culture of empowerment, continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Identify and embed best-in-class practices, tools and frameworks to support efficient and effective delivery of integration solutions.
  • Collaborate with agile delivery leaders, product owners, enterprise technical leads and other stakeholders to align integration capabilities with business needs.
  • Stay close to the work – actively supporting or delivering value to keep your practice grounded and evolving.
  • Manage training plans to ensure your community is equipped for todays and tomorrows challenges.

What you’ll bring:

  • A strong track record of leading engineering teams or practices, ideally in an agile change or transformation environment.
  • Ideally expertise in MuleSoft integration or a comparable integration platform with recognised accreditations.
  • Deep experience in coaching, capability development and community building.
  • The ability to influence, challenge and collaborate across the organisation.
  • A passion for embedding high standards, new ways of working and a culture of continuous learning.
