We’re offering a rare and exciting development opportunity for an internal colleague to step into a 6-month secondment as Change Analyst within our Change team.
This is an exciting time as we transform how we deliver change and you could be right at the heart of it.
The role
In this role, you’ll help shape initiatives from our Safety (KR0) backlog ensuring we know the impacts across the organisation and drawing out the key requirements to ensure a successful and safe delivery of solutions. You’ll work directly with colleagues across the business and our technical colleagues in Change building experience and a skillset which supports Change, problem solving, and using data to support decision making.
You’ll lead collaborative sessions with the support of your Change colleagues to draw out the information we need to know we’re solving the right problem, and the critical factors which need to be incorporated into our solutions.
This secondment offers a unique chance to experience Change delivery without requiring Technical experience.
About You
You have a solid experience of the organisation and how the business areas work together to deliver our core activities. You’re curious and collaborative and want to make things better for colleagues and customers.
You’ll bring:
There’s no requirement for experience in Change roles, but the transferable skills of problem solving, critical thinking, and the desire to find improvements are important.
