Maintenance Worker
Based in Bristol.

We are seeking to appoint a Maintenance Worker to join our team at Grace Garden School in Bristol. The role involves working under the leadership of the Head of Maintenance and Aesthetics across both of our school sites, which are located several miles apart. A full, valid driver’s licence is essential.
Main Duties:
- Undertake a wide range of general school maintenance tasks
- Maintain interior areas, including patch repairs, painting, and decorating, to ensure a safe, well-presented, and welcoming environment
- Support compliance and Health & Safety checks, ensuring all work meets required standards
- Respond promptly to site safety issues, including broken windows, loose paving, and winter gritting as required
- Carry out exterior building repairs, including work on window frames, guttering, and drainage systems
- Assist the land team with outdoor and grounds maintenance tasks, such as hedge trimming, fencing, maintenance of animal shelters, and seasonal leaf clearance
Please note we do require applicants to hold a full valid UK drivers license.
