Training and Development Coordinator with Responsibility for Clay Morphology
40 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum
Salary band £34,712 - £43,404 per annum (starting salary dependent on experience and qualifications)
Based at Ashdown Garden School and Emerson College, Forest Row, East Sussex
We are looking to recruit a new role of Training and Development Coordinator to support staff development at an exciting time of expansion and development.
In this role you will bring the vision, values, method and purpose of Ruskin Mill Trust to life for staff and along with leading on the development of a clay studio in order to provide craft training and mentorship to Teachers at Ashdown Garden School.
You must have experience of working with the insights and ideas of Rudolf Steiner Holistic Education and be experienced in clay morphology based on Goethe’s understanding of Plant Morphology. Significant knowledge of anthroposophy and spiritual science is essential.
