Salary FTE - £24,603 per annum (if over the age of 23)
Salary Actual for 25 hours and 40 weeks - £13,492

The key duties in this role will include:
- Delivery of a lunch time service for students and staff which meets the nutritional needs of the students so they can engage with their education
- Providing high quality nutritious meals using biodynamic/organically grown food using the principles outlined in our food and nutrition policy
- Maintaining a high standard of Health and Safety and food hygiene, including cleaning of the catering and eating areas using environmentally friendly products
- Co-ordinate the catering for Brantwood Specialist School’s secondary site Tintagel
To undertake this position successfully you will ideally have:
- Experience in a catering role with experience of delivering and co-ordinating a lunchtime service
- Experience of working with young people who have special educational needs
- Food Hygiene qualification, or willingness to work towards this upon appointment.
- Have experience and an interest in cooking wholesome meals from locally sourced and seasonal produce
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 10:00 - 15:00
