Hospitality Assistant

Emerson College offers a rich programme of courses inspired by Steiner education, therapeutic approaches, and the arts. With over sixty onsite beds, teaching spaces, meeting rooms, and beautiful grounds, the College hosts a wide variety of students, guests, and venue hire clients throughout the year. 

This role contributes directly to delivering high‑quality hospitality and housekeeping services, ensuring all guests, students, and visitors enjoy a warm, professional, and value‑aligned experience during their stay. You will work closely with the Hospitality Manager and the House Team to uphold the standards, ethos, and hospitality culture of Emerson College and the Ruskin Mill Land Trust. 

Evening and weekend working will be required to meet guest and business needs.
