✨ About the Role
As a Live‑In Carer, you will move into the client’s home and provide continuous support based on their individual needs. Responsibilities may include:
- Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Preparing meals and managing dietary needs
- Medication prompts or administration (depending on training)
- Light household duties, cleaning, and laundry
- Mobility assistance and safe moving & handling
- Companionship, emotional support, and social engagement
- Supporting clients with dementia, physical disabilities, or long‑term conditions
- Monitoring wellbeing and reporting concerns promptly
Every care package is personalised, and you will receive a full handover before starting with a new client.

We welcome carers of all backgrounds who have a passion for supporting others. The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous care experience (desirable but not essential — full training provided)
- A caring, patient, and empathetic approach
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage daily tasks independently
- Willingness to live away from home during placements
- Right to work in the UK
Car drivers are welcome but not essential.
