About the Role

As a Live‑In Carer, you will move into the client’s home and provide continuous support based on their individual needs. Responsibilities may include:

  • Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
  • Preparing meals and managing dietary needs
  • Medication prompts or administration (depending on training)
  • Light household duties, cleaning, and laundry
  • Mobility assistance and safe moving & handling
  • Companionship, emotional support, and social engagement
  • Supporting clients with dementia, physical disabilities, or long‑term conditions
  • Monitoring wellbeing and reporting concerns promptly

Every care package is personalised, and you will receive a full handover before starting with a new client.


Who We’re Looking For

We welcome carers of all backgrounds who have a passion for supporting others. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous care experience (desirable but not essential — full training provided)
  • A caring, patient, and empathetic approach
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage daily tasks independently
  • Willingness to live away from home during placements
  • Right to work in the UK

Car drivers are welcome but not essential.
