Care Assistant (Female, Driver) – Saxon Care
Locations: Chippenham, Calne, Corsham, Devizes & surrounding areas
Pay: From £14.50 per hour (role and hours dependent)
Enhancements: Time‑and‑a‑half on public holidays
Mileage: 45p per mile
Contract: Permanent – Full‑time or Part‑time (Guaranteed Hours)
Shifts: 07:00–14:30 and 16:00–22:00 (alternate weekends required)
Right to Work: UK RTW required – we are unable to offer sponsorship

What You’ll Do
- Support clients with meal preparation, medication prompts and light domestic tasks
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect
- Offer companionship and support clients on community outings
- Encourage involvement in personalised care planning
- Accurately record visit notes and care outcomes

What We’re Looking For
- Kind, caring and reliable individuals with strong communication skills
- Female applicants only – lawful Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9
- Driver with full UK licence and own vehicle (community role)
- Able to work alternate weekends
- Right to work in the UK
- No prior experience required – full training provided
