The Role

 

Are you hard working, disciplined, a good team member, friendly and enthusiastic? The Logistics team is looking for a Stores Assistant to join a successful department where we put students at the heart of everything we do. 

The Logistics team are the engine driving the Students’ Union keeping our bars, shops and outlets stocked. We work in a fast paced environment to ensure deliveries are accepted and get to where they need to be, we pride ourselves on delivering an excellent service.

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate; a genuine commitment to providing a high standard of customer care, an ability to take ownership of problems and work hard to resolve them, have good communication skills, the ability to work as a team and problem solving skills and have a positive and flexible approach to the role.

Salary: Zone: Frontline/Assistant B - £21,917  (pro rata)

 

Contract: 6 Months Fixed Term

 

Hours: 32.5 hours per week. Hours are flexible working across a rota to cover the building's operational hours of 08:00-14:30, Monday-Friday. We are happy to discuss potential shift patterns with you at the interview.
