Whether you’re already a heavy hitter or hungry to improve, this is your shot to step up. We’re on the lookout for driven eBaseball players to join our Competitive Gaming team—competing in elite tournaments and helping shape top-tier esports content along the way.

📍 Location: Milton Keynes

💸 Pay Rate:
• £12.21 per hour starting pay
• Night shift pay bonus of £3/hour from 11 PM to 6 AM
• Potential for gameplay performance bonuses

🎮 What You’ll Do

As a Competitive Gamer, you’ll:

• Participate in Gamer Academy Training for a minimum of 3 weeks to enhance your skills in readiness for live gameplay, keeping up with the latest techniques
• Compete in MLB The Show at your highest skill level
• Play in structured tournaments following all competitive and integrity rules
• Represent the 49CG brand with professionalism, including media coaching

You’ll be part of a high-energy, team-focused environment, working closely with the Operations team and Referees to ensure smooth and exciting tournaments.

• Passion for eSports – Keen interest in esports
• Competitive Drive – Eager to learn, grow your skills and compete at a high level
• Professionalism – Maintain a clean social media presence and uphold integrity standards

Desirable
• MLB The Show Mastery – Experience playing MLB The Show against AI on All-Star or higher difficulty

To be considered for this position you MUST be aged 18 or over, and be able to commute to Milton Keynes.
