Head of Competitive Gaming
Location: London/Milton Keynes (Hybrid – 3 days per week in either office)

At SIS, we power world‑class betting and gaming products for customers across the globe. As we continue to grow our Competitive Gaming offering, we’re now looking for an exceptional Head of Competitive Gaming to lead this exciting and fast‑moving division.
This is a senior leadership role with end‑to‑end responsibility for strategy, commercial performance and operational excellence across our competitive gaming and esports betting products. You’ll work with a passionate, multi‑disciplinary team and a broad range of external partners to drive innovation, integrity and sustainable growth in one of the industry’s most dynamic verticals.
The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, the Head of Competitive Gaming will own the vision and execution of SIS’s esports and competitive gaming strategy, with accountability across Integrity, Games, Trading and Operations. You’ll be responsible for overall commercial success, shaping products, leading teams and ensuring our offering remains best‑in‑class in a highly competitive global market.
What You’ll Be Doing
Commercial Leadership
- Own and manage the Competitive Gaming P&L, driving revenue growth and profitability
- Partner closely with Finance and Sales to support growth, forecasting and pipeline development
- Act as the primary contact for existing and prospective gaming partners, building strong long‑term relationships
- Identify new commercial opportunities through regular customer engagement and market insight
- Ensure marketing collateral is current, compelling and aligned with product strategy
- Represent SIS Competitive Gaming at key industry events and forums
- Monitor and review performance to ensure products operate at optimum levels
Product Strategy & Development
- Set the product strategy and define the long‑term Competitive Gaming roadmap
- Ensure SIS products are competitive and clearly differentiated in the market
- Drive continuous product improvement based on customer feedback and performance data
- Shape, package and oversee the successful launch of new and enhanced products
- Support pilot launches and ensure new developments reflect real customer demand
- Take full accountability for how products are commercialised and taken to market
Operations & Trading
- Lead the Competitive Gaming trading team, driving performance, quality and profitability
- Oversee our Milton Keynes SIS factory teams to deliver against product KPIs
- Ensure customers are supported efficiently and in real time
- Develop and mentor direct reports, supporting professional growth across teams
- Ensure trading and operations teams have the tools, systems and processes they need to succeed
- Foster a collaborative, high‑performing and positive working environment
