If you’ve got the skills or willingness to dominate Madden against other gamers and want to take your game to the next level, this is your chance. We’re looking for talented eAmericanfootball Gamers to join our Competitive Gaming team and compete in top-tier tournaments while helping create standout esports content.

📍 Location: Milton Keynes

💸 Pay Rate:

• £12.21 per hour starting pay
• Night shift pay bonus of £3/hour from 11 PM to 6 AM
• Potential for gameplay performance bonuses

🎮 What You’ll Do

As a Competitive Gamer, you’ll:

• Participate in Gamer Academy Training for a minimum of 4 weeks to enhance your skills in readiness for live gameplay keeping up with the latest techniques
• Compete in Madden at your highest skill level
• Play in structured tournaments following all competitive and integrity rules
• Represent the 49CG brand with professionalism, including media coaching

You’ll be part of a high-energy, team-focused environment, working closely with the Operations team and Referees to ensure smooth and exciting tournaments.

Essential

• Passion for eSports – Keen interest in esports including American Football
• Competitive Drive – Eager to learn, grow your skills and compete at a high level
• Professionalism – Maintain a clean social media presence and uphold integrity standards

Desirable

• Madden Mastery – Experience playing Madden against AI on All-Pro or higher difficulty
