We are excited to be recruiting for Support Workers to join our newly acquired service, North View which is situated in Jarrow (North East).  

At North View we provide 24-hour care and support for up to six adults who may be living with learning disabilities and autism. We aim to ensure that this is not just a place to live, but is a home, and the people living here are encouraged and enabled to make their own choices and decisions in as many aspects of their lives as possible.

We welcome all who wish to apply to work with us.  We are currently looking for two Support Workers (one full time, one 30 hpw) and if you have experience of working with vulnerable adults, good communications skills and an ability to work as part of a team we are looking for you! 

Essential Criteria: 

  • An ability to demonstrate the core values of the Charity
  • NVQ2 in care (or willingness to attain)
  • Ability to respond to guidance and direction
  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults

  • Able to provide personal care
