Service Manager - Darlington

We have an exciting opportunity for Service Manager to join the team at Lindisfarne Court, which is situated in Darlington. The service provides 24 hours care and support to adults with physical and / or learning disabilities.
The Service Manager will provide day to day management and leadership to a team of support staff and will be responsible for providing a specialist service by demonstrating specialist practice whereby the outcomes are seen in quality, compliance and contractual requirements set out by SJOG, the local authority, statutory requirements and the Care Quality Commission. They will ensure that all regulatory and contractual standards are met and exceeded. They will be an ambassador for SJOG and deliver outstanding outcomes.
Do you have:
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and strong leadership skills
- Experience of working in a busy residential setting
- Diploma Level 5 or equivalent in management or willing to attain within a set timescale
- Experience of managing a registered service
- Experience in compliance of CQC regulations, Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults and Health & Safety regulations
- Flexible approach to work, including shift patterns
- Experience of electronic care management systems and rota systems
