Join our dynamic team at Spurgeons as an Administrator, where your organisational skills will have a meaningful impact on the lives of children, young people, and families. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the welcoming face of our service, ensuring that every visitor is greeted with warmth and care. Your responsibilities will help create a positive and efficient environment for our Family Hubs, ensuring seamless operations that support children aged 0-19 and their families. From handling enquiries to managing essential administrative tasks, your attention to detail will contribute to the smooth running of our services, helping families access the vital support they need. By providing critical support to our team, you’ll play a key role in fostering strong family connections and improving the well-being of children and young people across the community. With your approachable and compassionate nature, you’ll ensure everyone who walks through our doors feels welcomed and supported. You’ll bring experience in reception or administrative roles, where your attention to detail and ability to handle data effectively have shone through.
