At the forefront of family support services in Elmbridge Borough, we are the Lead Provider for Family Centres & Family Resilience Services. With a dedicated focus on nurturing the well-being of children, young people, adults, and families, our mission spans from infancy through to adulthood. Proudly serving individuals aged 0 to 18 years and extending our support to those with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disability) up to 25 years, we stand as a beacon of hope and empowerment. Partnering with Surrey County Council, we are committed to fostering resilience, enhancing family dynamics, and cultivating a thriving community for generations to come.
