We are looking for a lively and caring Personal Assistant to join a brand-new team supporting a fun- loving young woman with a wicked sense of humour and a big personality, in a very important and exciting transition to the next chapter of her life.

About this opportunity

This young lady is preparing to move from her family home into her very own house. This is a huge milestone that she is incredibly excited about. We are looking for dedicated people who can support her to build confidence, keep developing her independence, and support her to enjoy living life to the fullest.

She is a happy, friendly, funny, and energetic young lady, who has a range of interests that include completing Jigsaws, going swimming and on shopping trips.  She enjoys making amazing gluten free food, and loves spending time with people and her family ,especially her dad .

She is developing her independence every day and, with the right support and encouragement, can achieve amazing things. She benefits from patient, understanding staff who are passionate about helping people reach their goals and live fulfilling lives.

As part of her dedicated support team, you'll help her:

• Settle into her new home
• Continue to build confidence and independence
• Support her in her activities and hobbies she loves
• Develop daily living skills
• Access social opportunities and outings
• Most of all have fun, laugh, and make the most of every day

At present we are looking to build a team and transition her slowly. This will be mainly at weekends and occasional evenings

Shift patterns will be discussed at interview. We are currently recruiting pool and part-time staff, with the possibility of full-time roles in the future.

Daytime, weekend, support sleepovers, and waking night shifts between 13-20 hours.
