- Be a Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN
- Have the Right to Work in the UK
- Be a Driver with own car and business insurance
- Have proven experience in end-of-life or palliative care
- Be qualified to provide clinical oversight for treatment of disease, disorders, and injury
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Be committed to promoting dignity, safety, and independence
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in end-of-life care, who is confident in providing clinical oversight and supporting care teams through training and supervision.
You’ll be working within a person-centred care environment, supporting individuals with complex needs and ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered with dignity and respect.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and overseeing clinical care for individuals with advanced or palliative needs
- Administering and monitoring treatments for disease, disorders, and injury
- Supporting and mentoring care staff in healthcare-related tasks and best practices
- Reviewing care plans and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Promoting safety, independence, and emotional wellbeing for service users and their families
