Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with professional and multi‑disciplinary teams to ensure the effective delivery of care.
• Support our care workers, supervisors, and field‑based teams.
• Respond to incoming queries in a timely, professional manner.
• Schedule care visits, manage changes, and communicate updates clearly within the branch.
• Answer incoming calls and handle enquiries or concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Ideal Candidate

Care Cordinating experience is desired.

You will:

• Have an excellent telephone manner and a positive, professional attitude.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Be confident communicating with staff, customers, families, and external professionals.
• Have experience in administration, planning, or multi-tasking roles.
• Work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change.
• Demonstrate logical thinking and effective problem‑solving skills.
• Be IT‑confident. Experience with  Care Cordinating  , People Planner, Access Care Planning, or CM Mobile is desired but not essential (full training provided).

Additional Information

This role includes participation in our shared out‑of‑hours rota, covering occasional evenings and/or weekends.
