Care Assistant
Location: Swaffham, Narborough, Foulden, Sporle, Necton and surrounding areas
Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, so a full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are essential.

About the Role
As a Reablement Home Care Assistant, you’ll help older adults across Northamptonshire regain independence and confidence in their own homes.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting daily routines and wellbeing
- Personal care
- Basic cooking and meal preparation
- Light household tasks
- Food shopping
- Providing companionship and encouragement
No previous care experience is needed, our comprehensive training and shadow shifts will prepare you fully.
What You’ll Need
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle with business insurance
- Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
- Ability to work set AM/PM rounds and alternate weekends
- Good English communication skills
