The role
The HR Administrator role is an integral part of our HR team and you will be responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle from an administration perspective. This role will consist of both Recruitment and HR administration activities, as such you must be comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once. You will thrive on getting the job done, to a high standard every time.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and update all HR and recruitment systems.
  • Process all employee lifecycle changes including starters, leavers, contracts, references, and related documentation.
  • Manage the HR inbox, resolving first-line queries quickly and professionally.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities such as posting job adverts and supporting hiring managers throughout the process.
  • Prepare and produce monthly HR reports and KPIs (e.g. turnover, absence, recruitment metrics).
  • Provide first-line advice and support to managers and employees, ensuring company policies and procedures are clearly communicated.
  • Support ad hoc HR projects and ensure compliance with data and process standards.

 

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative role.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Fluency in German is required; fluency in Dutch and English is a strong advantage.
  • This is a temporary position with a duration of 6 months.
