About the role 

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and making a real difference in people's lives? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Allocations & Lettings Administrator to join our national Allocations & Lettings team in Bradford.

As an Allocations & Lettings Administrator you’ll:

  • Submit data to government portals and process local authority applications
  • Advertise properties and raise purchase orders for CBL agreements
  • Make outbound calls for affordability checks and sign-ups
  • Hit weekly targets and complete affordability assessments within 24 hours
  • Support the team with admin tasks that keep everything running smoothly

Salary

The salary for the Allocations & Lettings Administrator post is £23,823 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.    

About you:

  • Experience of working in an administrative  or allocations, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and operational requirements.

  • Proven experience building successful working relationships with stakeholders.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office applications and specific business software.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.

  • Strong record-keeping skills with knowledge of GDPR.

Allocations & Lettings Administrator Interviews

Planned date: 20th and 21st November at our Bradford office.
