About the role
At Accent, we’re on an ambitious journey to transform the way we understand, use, and value data and we’re looking for someone to help lead the way.
As our Data Quality and Governance Lead, you’ll be at the heart of this transformation. This isn’t just about managing data; it’s about inspiring a whole organisation to think differently. - Lead our data owners through a maturing journey – influencing, coaching, and building confidence so they fully understand their responsibilities.
- Drive improvements in data quality and governance across the organisation – ensuring we remain compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
- Shape the future of how data works at Accent – leveraging new technology (including our evolving data platform) to modernise how we manage and use data.
- Support our Data SLT to think holistically about how data can be better across systems, teams, and processes.
- Champion cultural change – helping move the organisation forward in how we value, share, and learn from our data.
- Use your strong prioritisation skills to identify what matters most, focusing energy where it will make the biggest difference.
- Bring persistence and positivity – keeping momentum even when things get challenging, with exec‑level support behind you.
