About the role

Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking to take your skills to the next level in a role that truly matters?

As our Health and Safety Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to keep colleagues and customers safe. You’ll help maintain and monitor our safety management systems, support key meetings, and ensure protocols are followed across all regions.

This is more than just an admin role – it’s a chance to grow. You’ll gain exposure to areas like auditing, accident investigation, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to develop your knowledge and contribute to meaningful change.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing performance scorecards and inboxes
  • Administering lone working devices – a vital part of colleague safety
  • Distributing region-specific information
  • Maintaining internal systems and accident databases

While health and safety experience is a bonus, it’s not essential — we’re looking for someone with strong admin skills and a passion for making a difference.
