About the role
As a Treasury Securitisation Manager, you’ll provide critical financial input and support to the treasury and development teams. You'll play a vital role in ensuring robust treasury management and progressing the legal charging process, contributing to the overall success of the organisation by providing sound finances and solutions to achieve long-term sustainability goals.
This role is pivotal in ensuring we achieve our growth aspirations. We have a robust development pipeline and a strategic partnership with Homes England, providing a solid framework for growth. We're planning to develop 400-450 units per year and need the right funding and security to back this ambitious project. This is also a great role for someone looking to progress their Finance career as you'll gain valuable experience in deputising for the Head of.

Salary
The spot salary for the Treasury Securitisation Manager post is £49,720 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.
About you
You'll possess a recognised accountancy qualification (CCAB) or have significant relevant experience in treasury and securitisation of properties. You'll be able to demonstrate strong experience in producing and reporting management information, coupled with excellent analytical skills to translate complex financial data for non-finance professionals. A thorough understanding of the securitisation processes related to loan finance is essential. Additionally, you should have the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and show a commitment to continuous professional development (CPD).
Treasury Securitisation Manager Interviews
1st stage interviews will take place on Friday 16th May via Teams.
Successful candidates will be required to complete a Congruity questionnaire prior to their 2nd stage interview.
2nd stage interviews will take place on Friday 23rd May via Teams and will consist of a role related scenario which we'll provide in advance and final interview.
