We’re seeking caring and committed individuals to support adults across Eastbourne with everyday tasks, independence, and companionship. Your role will include:
- Helping with personal care and daily routines
- Supporting with meals, medication, and wellbeing
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Travelling between client visits in the local area
- Representing our team with professionalism, kindness, and respect
You’ll be fully supported by our Brighton branch, with clear training and continuous development opportunities.
🚗 Who Can Apply?

- Compassionate, reliable, and eager to help others
- Looking for full‑time or part‑time work in care
- Able to travel between client visits (drivers preferred, but not essential)
