About the role

This is a regional role, where you will work from home checking and updating the live feed on Access care planning, where you will monitor allocated calls across the company are being logged in and out,  check on care staff if they are running late or have not attended a visit and communicate with local branch where attendance cannot be confirmed.

Person Specification

  • Weekend availability 7am – 10pm
  • Experience on Access – Preferred
  • Experience in the Health care sector
