Pay Rate: From £14 per hour
Contract Type: Flexible – Live-in or 12-hour shifts (day & night), possible sleep-in

Join Ideal Complex Care, part of the Clece Care Group, and make a real difference in someone’s life. We are seeking an experienced Complex Care Support Worker to provide 2:1 care for a client living in their own home.

About the Client:

• Epilepsy
• Cerebral Palsy
• Osteoporosis
• PEG feeding
• Non-verbal communication
• Partially sighted

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver person-centred care tailored to the client’s needs
• Assist with PEG feeding and medication administration
• Support with mobility and personal care
• Monitor and respond to health changes promptly
• Promote independence and dignity

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in complex care (essential)
• Knowledge of PEG feeding and epilepsy management
• Excellent communication skills (including non-verbal techniques)
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow care plans
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
• Right to work in the UK – unfortunately, we cannot offer sponsorship at this time
