Complex Care Assistant (Female Only)
About the Role
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and bubbly female support workers to join a dedicated care team. You will be providing 2:1 support for a 36-year-old client who lives with their parent and requires assistance with daily living due to a learning disability and complex health needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Delivering person-centred care and support at all times
• Assisting with health needs including:
• Laryngectomy and tracheostomy care
• Epilepsy management, including administration of emergency medication
• Support with incontinence care
• Promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life
• Building a positive, engaging relationship with the client and family
Essential Requirements
• Female applicants only (as requested by the family)
• Good spoken and written English
• Experience in supporting individuals with complex health needs preferred
• Ability to remain calm and confident in emergency situations
• Warm, bubbly personality to bring positivity into the client’s daily life
