Specific Hours: Monday-Friday with weekend availability

Nurse Supervisor (Field Based)

Ideal Complex Care is a leading provider of complex care, offering support to people living in their own homes in the community, some independently and some with their family.

We are looking to recruit a Nurse Supervisor to case manage our services across primarily East and West Sussex. Reporting to the Senior Branch Nurse, the successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Case management for complex care clients inc care planning, risk management and reviews
  • Support and supervision of Healthcare Assistants, including competency assessment
  • Reporting and records management
  • Participating in discharge meetings, care reviews and liaison with health professionals
  • Participating in on-call escalation rota.

Key criteria for the role will include:

  • An active PIN
  • Understanding of community- based nursing / case management
  • Strong clinical skills
  • Disciplined with a strong work ethos
  • Team player
  • Full, current driving licence and use of own car
  • Must be based in East Sussex and be prepared to travel extensively in the area
