Salary: £50,468 (competitive) per annum plus benefits including a final salary pension scheme, generous annual leave, and flexible and hybrid working. 

 

Location: Manchester (The role will be based in Manchester; however, we are operating a hybrid way of working and support our staff to make use of remote working options when combined with regular on-site contact days with other members of the team, normally 1-2 days a week) 

 

As Senior Digital Product Owner, you will lead the team responsible for Arts Council England’s grants management and associated business systems. This includes Grants Applications and Management, Reporting and Integrations, and Museums & Cultural Property platforms. You will ensure these digital products are functional, performant, integrated, resilient, secure, supported, monitored and documented, with clear future roadmaps and planned modernisation where needed.

 

You will work closely with colleagues across ACE to understand current and future business needs, shaping value‑for‑money solutions and ensuring changes are well designed, tested and deployed. You will oversee system configuration, data and test practices, user guidance, supplier activity and product budgets, while supporting the development of your team and contributing to ACE’s wider digital transformation journey.
