Senior Relationship Manager (SECF2)
Contract: Fixed term for 6 months from start date, working 17.5 hours per week (Arts Council also recognises the benefit of flexible working as a valued part of the way we work, and welcome applications from individuals who require flexibility)
Salary: £50,468 (pro rata) per annum plus benefits including a final salary pension scheme, generous annual leave, and flexible and hybrid working.
Location: Cambridge (The role will be based in Cambridge; however, we are operating a hybrid way of working and support our staff to make use of remote working options when combined with regular on-site contact days with other members of the team, normally 1-2 days a week)
We are looking for a highly organised and strategic individual to take up a temporary position as Senior Relationship Manager based in the Cambridge Office. Core to the role will be place based working in the East region, including chairing of a place group and building relationships with key stakeholders in place. Additional responsibilities will include membership of SE AMT, decision maker for NLPG Overs panels and one or more Area lead roles for either funding programmes or discipline (TBC). Line management responsibilities will not be part of this role.
You will be capable of leading and motivating teams, have experience of creating strong partnerships with local stakeholders at a senior level, and experience of managing projects and of managing change.
