About the role

Tattershall Park Pub is a vibrant, welcoming venue open to guests, holiday homeowners, and the public. With a stylish, modern interior and a buzzing atmosphere, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch food, drink, and service every day.

We’re currently on the lookout for a reliable and detail-oriented Morning Cleaner to help keep our Front of House areas looking spotless and inviting before the day kicks off.

A can-do attitude, attention to detail and excellent people skills are essential. Being available to work evenings and weekends including bank holidays are also essential.

What you will be doing

As a member of the complex cleaning team, you will be responsible for delivering and maintaining a high level of cleanliness for our venues and the external areas. Daily cleaning of the toilets, emptying bins, glass collecting and maintaining the area over your shift.

• Cleaning and sanitising all guest toilets and washrooms
• Sweeping, mopping, and maintaining high standards across all flooring
• High-level cleaning (including cobweb and dust removal)
• Dusting and wiping down all surfaces in the bar, dining, and lounge areas
• Ensuring all front-of-house areas are clean, tidy, and ready for service

And who knows what else you may find yourself doing. If you are happy to help even when it is ‘not your job,’ you are our sort of person.

Skills, experience, and qualities you will need

No experience needed, well train you up! But it would be nice if you:

• Relish the fast pace of a busy environment  
• Be someone who does things without needing to be asked
• Have a real attention to detail with high standards
• Be a people person; easy to talk to and never happy until your guests are
• Have experience of working in a team
